Temporary Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Customer Service Representative to join our team this summer. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general office support. This position is temporary with the potential for a permanent role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Schedule service appointments and relay information to technicians
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service requests
- Provide general office support and assist with data entry
- Use Microsoft Office programs for communication and documentation
- Assist with dispatching duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational and typing abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of dispatching procedures is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Start Date: Early June
End Date: End of August
Potential for conversion to a permanent role.
